ABOUT ME

After graduating with a BA (Hons) in graphic design, I worked as an Art director, designer and stylist for some of the worlds leading fashion and lifestyle magazines such as Vogue (UK) GQ, Harpers, Esquire (UK) and other leading titles.  Clients included Harrods watches, Adidas, Kenzo, Britiish Airways Airports, The Swiss Embassy, Hong Kong Tourism, SKY tv, Ford, Mercedes, LO'real, Chaumet, Debenhams, Patek Philippe and many more.

I have art directed hundreds of editorial and advertising shoots and worked with some of the worlds top photographers and stylists.  Throughout my career I never stopped painting and keeping sketchbooks, but found my life increasingly filled with work. I took a step back and made a positive decision to spend more time on personal creativity. Five years ago, I bought a professional camera and started documenting my travels and creating artworks on a more personal level.

One of my greatest skills as an art director and designer was being able to move fluidly through different genres, looks and styles.  I think my art and photography demonstrate this. Moving from graphic, bold, ethereal, conceptual and documentary looks. I find it very hard to stay in one niche and love the freedom to bounce around visually and with different media.

I love design, travel, light, moody, wabi sabi, nature, and simplicity. I am fascinated by fine details and abstract images equally.
